We are the controller of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its Implementing Regulation. For any question or request about your data write to info@weshoppers.com.

- Your name, email and message if you write to us through the contact form.
- Technical logs kept automatically by the server, such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, to protect the site from abuse.
The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and contains no third-party analytics or ads.
Why we use your data
- To verify your identity.
- To match you with the right shopper for your request.
- To complete orders and issue invoices.
- To send order and service updates.
- To resolve problems and settle disputes between the two parties.
- To meet our legal obligations, including anti-money-laundering and fraud prevention.
- To answer your messages, and to send the newsletter only to people who confirmed their subscription.
We do not use your data for marketing or targeted ads without your consent, and we never sell it.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, to perform our agreement with you under the Terms of Use, to comply with a legal obligation, or for a legitimate interest in protecting the platform and its users, within the limits the law allows.
Who we share it with
- The shopper assigned to your request: only the address and contact details needed for delivery.
- Payment gateways: for the transaction only.
- Technical service providers we contract for hosting and email, who are bound to confidentiality and do not use the data for their own purposes.
- Competent government authorities, on a documented official request or where the law requires it.
Where your data is kept
Website data, meaning newsletter subscriptions and contact messages, is stored on a server in Germany. Any transfer of your data outside the Kingdom is made as permitted by the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer outside the Kingdom, with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
- Unconfirmed newsletter requests are deleted automatically after seven days.
- A subscriber's email is kept while the subscription is active and deleted within thirty days of unsubscribing.
- Contact messages are deleted one year after they arrive.
- Server technical logs are kept for no more than fourteen days.
- App account and order data is kept while the account exists; records the law requires us to keep, such as financial transaction records, are kept for ten years.
How we protect it
We use encrypted connections on the website and in the app, limit access to people who need it for their work, and review our systems regularly against unauthorised access.
Your rights
- To know how and why we collect your data.
- To access your data and obtain a copy of it.
- To ask for your data to be corrected or completed; most of it you can update yourself in the app's account settings.
- To ask for your data to be destroyed once it is no longer needed, and to delete your account at any time.
- To withdraw your consent at any time, including unsubscribing from the newsletter with one click from any email we send.
- To file a complaint with the competent authority, the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
We answer your request within thirty days of receiving it. If it needs longer, we tell you the reason and the new date before the period ends, and the extension will not exceed another thirty days.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to this policy we announce it in the app and on the website before it takes effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated version.
